HEADSHOT BOOTH PRICING

Step 1: Select Your Coverage

Choose from half-day (up to four hours) or full-day (up to eight hours) packages. Tailor the coverage based on your event's schedule and the number of attendees requiring headshots. Each of our stations can accommodate up to 20 individuals per hour efficiently.

HEADSHOT STATION

$1650 / $3200

Half day (up to 4 hours) or whole day (4-8 hours) of headshot station coverage. The headshot station includes: All images in high resolution, file organization (renaming files to the person in the photo), a standard commercial usage license, a list of all people photographed each day and their contact info in Excel or CSV format, and individual model releases for all photographed. Headshots can be delivered to each individual person in private galleries and/or as a complete gallery of images based on your needs.

ADDITIONAL HEADSHOT STATION

$1500 / $2900

Half day (up to 4 hours) or whole day (4-8 hours) of headshot station coverage. The headshot station includes: All images in high resolution, file organization (renaming files to the person in the photo), a standard commercial usage license, a list of all people photographed each day, and individual model releases for all photographed. INSTANT INDIVIDUAL DELIVERY

$500 / $900

Elevate the impact of your headshot station with our instant delivery service. Each participant will receive an email containing a private gallery of their images just minutes after being photographed. We manage all aspects of hosting, delivery, and support, ensuring a seamless experience with no administrative burden for you. 

ON-SITE IMAGE SELECTION

$500 / $900

Our team will assist each participant in selecting their preferred image right after their photo session. This guarantees that everyone leaves with a headshot they are proud of, delivered through private galleries and to the company. Optional retouching services are available to further refine these selections.

BASIC RETOUCHING FOR ALL HEADSHOTS

$500 / $1000

Enhance every headshot with our basic retouching package, which includes blemish removal, wrinkle reduction, and teeth whitening. This service ensures all delivered images meet high standards of quality and aesthetics.

HAIR & MAKEUP

$600 / $1000

To ensure everyone looks their absolute best, we offer an on-site hair and makeup station. Participants can enjoy a quick touch-up before stepping in front of the camera. This service not only enhances the attendees' experience but also significantly improves the quality of the final images by managing stray hairs and reducing facial shine.

ENHANCED RETOUCHING

$12/image

For those seeking an elevated touch, our Enhanced Retouching option provides meticulous adjustments. Each headshot undergoes detailed retouching, addressing elements such as stray hairs, glare on eyeglasses, clothing wrinkles and lint, and even background replacement.

SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT

$1000 / $1800

A dedicated team member will produce social media-ready content specifically for your marketing needs. This includes vertical videos for Instagram, cinematic behind-the-scenes footage, and daily delivered stills, all crafted to engage your audience.

CUSTOM SCHEDULING

$250

For events where there might be executives or VIPs, we offer a custom calendar for any guests you designate so that they can get a great headshot efficiently without waiting in line.

Full day headshot station with file organization (renaming) and either on-site selection or instant delivery. Includes lead generation list, individual galleries, and both individual and whole gallery delivery. White-label custom galleries available on request.

Includes all items from the Headshot Essentials package as well as on-site hair and makeup touch-ups, custom sponsor signage, and up to 250 images with enhanced retouching. Custom scheduling for VIPs is also available as part of this experience.

FAQ'S

How many people can you provide headshots for at an event?

With the way we work. Each headshot station can average about 10-15 people per hour. This can sometimes be faster or slower depending on a few factors. If the headshot booth is in a common, highly-visible area, it tends to get more traffic. In most cases, the headshot station is just about the busiest thing going at any conference. Providing complementary headshots at a conference has about the same effect as giving out candy bars at a kindergarten, plan on it being a popular attraction. In a full day, with ideal circumstances, a single station can serve between 96 and 160 people.

How are the images delivered?

As far as how the images are delivered, you have options. We organize all the images by changing the name of the file to the name of the person in the headshot. So, 1234.jpg becomes Smith_Jane.jpg. This makes it much easier to get the right images to the right people afterward. Once the files are organized, we sort them into individual galleries for each person and can deliver individually and in one single gallery depending on your needs. All files are delivered by email. If your company requires a specific FTP or upload system, we are happy to accommodate.

Do attendees just line up for headshots or can they make an appointment?

Both! We can operate a headshot station on a first-come, first-served basis as well as allow advanced scheduling for executives or VIPs. We recommend a mix of both. That way, your team members can update their headshots without waiting in line and other attendees can take advantage of the experience. We can work with your team to create an experience that is the best of both worlds.

Do the photos from events need retouching?

It is all going to depend on the intended use of the images. Professionally, I've never had anyone tell me not to edit their headshot. In fact, it's usually the first question they ask right after their session: "You're going to edit this right?". 

We use lighting and posing techniques as well as professional hair and makeup touch-ups (optional) to make sure that the images look great right out of camera. So you don't HAVE TO, but I do feel images look incomplete if left unedited. If the images are intended to be used for anything larger than LinkedIn or Teams, we definitely recommend adding retouching so that everyone looks their best.

Do you also offer event photography?

Absolutely! We have event photographers on staff who understand how to capture what matters most at an event. In addition to event coverage, we also offer step-and-repeat photos, photo booths, and video like testimonials and promos. Contact Us for a custom quote.

How far in advance should I book?

We've had some conferences book us a year in advance. But I advice you book as soon as you know your dates, so we can add it to our schedule.
